这是从我的医生给我的手册上翻译过来的：
1. 使用防过敏的枕套，床单，被罩，或者防过敏的枕头，被子。（广告拉）
2. 每两个星期热水洗一次床上用品。
3. 卧室里不要使用地毯。
4. 卧室里不要放不能清洗的毛绒玩具。
5. 卧室里不要使用窗帘，或者使用可以清洗的窗帘。每两个星期清洗一次。
6. 如果卧室里使用地毯。每两个星期干洗一次，不要湿洗。(dry carpet clean, don't shampooing carpet)
7. 保持卧室湿度在50%以下。
8. 夏天使用空调和去湿器(dehumidifier)，冬天不要使用加湿器。
