嗯。。。我吃claritin感觉没什么大用，还有喷鼻子的哪个nasalcrom更是治标不治本，最多管2个小时，而且感觉鼻子总是干干的。我觉得再管用肯定也不会跟完全没事一样，这些药基本就是提高你的敏感阈值吧。我吃柠檬片，可能比claritin管用，但主要也就是不再鼻水横流喷嚏不断，头大的感觉还是有的：（
